01Privacy Policy

Your work, your research and your reputation are the reasons you come to us, so we treat what you share as confidential. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and when we delete it.

1. Who we are

Social Sphere Creators (“SSC”, “we”, “us”) provides automation and AI agents, website and application development, Wikipedia page creation and editing, book writing and publication, social media marketing and search engine optimization. This policy covers this website and the materials clients send us. Contact us at contact@socialspherecreators.com.

2. What we collect

  • Enquiries. When you use the quote form: your name, email, phone number, the service you are interested in and your project description.
  • Client materials. After you become a client: research papers, CVs, biographies, source documents, press coverage, drafts, correspondence and the details in your service agreement and invoices.
  • Technical data. Your IP address and basic browser information, used to keep the site secure and to limit abuse such as spam and automated requests.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
  • To carry out the work you hired us for: research, auditing, drafting, review and publication.
  • To keep our systems secure and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your confidential materials to market to anyone else.

4. How we protect client materials

  • Access is limited to the team members working on your project, who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • We ask clients to send materials through the channel we agree on, not through the website form.
  • Nothing is published to Wikipedia or anywhere else on your behalf without your prior written approval. Published content is public by nature, and sources cited on Wikipedia are visible to everyone.
  • We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Retention and secure disposal

  • When the work is finished. Once your project is completed and signed off, or the engagement ends for any other reason, we delete or securely destroy the materials you gave us (research, CVs, drafts and working files) from our systems within 30 days. Copies in routine backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
  • If you ask sooner. Write to us and we will delete your materials earlier, unless the law requires us to keep something.
  • Records we keep. We keep your service agreement, invoices and related correspondence for as long as the law requires for legal and tax purposes.
  • Enquiries that do not become projects. We keep them for up to 24 months so we can follow up, then delete them.

6. Who else sees your information

We use a small number of service providers to run the business: website hosting, and email and spreadsheets (Google Workspace). They process data only to provide those services to us. We may also share information with professional advisers, or when the law requires it. We do not share client materials with anyone outside the project team except as you approve.

7. International transfers

Our team works from Pakistan, our clients are worldwide, and our providers may store data in other countries, including the United States and Europe. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the UK, the EU and California), you may have the right to access your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy, and withdraw consent you have given. Email contact@socialspherecreators.com and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising cookies. The site works without them. If we add analytics, we will use a privacy-friendly tool and update this policy.

10. Children

Our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.

02Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website. Each project is governed by the written agreement we sign with you, which takes priority if the two differ.

1. Using this website

You may browse the site and send us enquiries for lawful purposes. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, send spam through the form, or try to access anything that is not meant for you.

2. Our services

The descriptions on this site are general. The scope, schedule and payment terms for any project are set out in the proposal or service agreement we agree with you in writing. Nothing on this website is a binding offer.

3. Editorial integrity (Wikipedia work)

  • Neutrality. SSC strictly follows Wikipedia’s mandatory Neutral Point of View (NPOV) policy. We reserve the right to decline requested edits that violate community policies.
  • Your approval. No text or edits are published live to any Wikipedia language edition without your prior written review and sign-off.
  • A community-edited platform. Wikipedia is edited by an independent community. We apply best practices for long-term page stability, but future edits by independent third parties are outside our control and our legal liability.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

We work carefully and professionally, but results that depend on third parties, such as search rankings, platform algorithms, editors, publishers or audiences, cannot be guaranteed.

5. Intellectual property

The design, text and logo on this site belong to Social Sphere Creators. Ownership of work we deliver to clients is set out in each project agreement.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SSC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions: contact@socialspherecreators.com.

03Refund Policy

Our refund policy is simple and matches the agreement we sign with every client.

1. The initial deposit is non-refundable

The initial deposit is used up front on the work that makes a project possible: research, auditing and drafting. For that reason, once it has been paid it is non-refundable.

2. The balance is due only on successful completion

The remaining balance is payable only when the project is successfully completed, as defined in your service agreement. For Wikipedia work, completion means the approved edits or page are published.

3. If we fail to deliver

If the edits are not published because of a failure on SSC’s part, the remaining final balance is waived. The initial deposit remains non-refundable, because it has already covered the research, auditing and drafting.

4. Outside our control

Wikipedia is edited by an independent community, and future changes by third parties are outside our control. They do not entitle you to a refund of work that was completed and published as approved.

5. Other services

For automation and AI agents, websites and applications, book writing and publication, social media marketing and search engine optimization, the deposit, payment schedule and any refund terms are set out in the written proposal or agreement for that project. If it says something different from this page, the agreement applies.

6. Raising a concern

If something is not right, write to contact@socialspherecreators.com as soon as you can and we will respond within 3 business days.
